If people would read the proposed regulations then they would not have to ask most of these questions. It's not my fault if their reading comprehension is so low that they are not able to grasp what is being said. There is already a HUGE overcrowding problem in US prisions. They let killers out before they serve their full sentences because of overcrowding. How are they gonna make room for people who forget to include a photo of some naked check in their 2257 records?
