Yes the changes will be in place regardless of whom is in office. Chances are there could be less enforcement, but for how long etc? Would not be hard for congress to throw a bitch fit if his AG does not have an inspection report and then the Republicans cry like a bitch slapped step child to the news about how Kerry is letting internet pornographers easily distribute child porn and walla more inspections.Originally posted by boobmaster
