Putting windows on a Mac

Is this possible?

I really like the 17" Mac lappy but I just cant get used to mac os, and virtual pc is really slow ;\

I don't think its possible.

You can run it in an emulator or something like that, but as for totally replacing macos, forget it. Won't happen.

MS is built for the x86 processor (intel, amd) and mac's are built on the Motorola PowerPC chips.

totally different architectures... totally different programming.

Of course, Linux will run on both of them....

I have an old Powerbook that didn't run to well under OSX so I installed Yellow Dog Linux, which runs quite nicely.

Mac OS sux if your used to windows, but windows doesn't ever work right....so your in better hands with Mac I just went threw an adjustment to a g4, having a windows background helped nothing. Forget everything you know smash your head or something. Then mac os will be "more intuitive"
