crop the thumbs so there is nothing explicit or choose softcore thumbs - 2257 doesn't apply to content that is not sexually explicit. i think the line would be the girl touching herself in a way that suggests she's masturbating.

most thumb tgp's i see do have non-explicit cropped thumbs.

Yes and no..but then you're going into the realm of "potential" cp, and I can see the authorities clamping down even on softcore content simply basing it on the look of the models.
