Hello,

We check orders randomly for fraud, and this order appeared to be
fraudulent. We attempted to verify order over the phone. Also, the billing info was inconsistent with all of
the whois info you provided. I can have these domains registered again as
we did not refund the money yet, but I will need you to provide accurate
info as well as fill out and fax or email back attached form.

While I am placing the domains back in your account, could you also fax over
a copy of the credit card so we have it on file and this does not happen

I do apologize that fax was not received. Please just refax, I will wait
near fax for it to come in and as soon as it does I can proceed with
transaction. I do need the fax, however, to have on file. Please ensure
fax # was 630-369-4663. You can also scan and email it to me if that is

Your information was given to me by Shauna in our billing department as you
recently had a problem with an order you placed. I understand that your
order was cancelled as its validity was questioned and we were unable to
reach you. Furthermore, I have been informed that you did contact us about
these domains and provide sufficient information to our billing department
to proceed with your order. However, while waiting for your response your
domain names went into the Redemption period at the Registry level.
Normally the redemption fee is $119.95 per domain but due to the number of
domains that you have we would be able to restore them for you at $50.00 per
domain name. If you do not choose to restore the domains at this time they
will be available for reregistration in approximately 35 days.

with your registration shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement
and will be sufficient basis for cancellation of your domain name registration.


Furthermore, The info I used the register the domain is 100% correct.
I responded within the time period specified and can prove it was sent
and RECEIVED.
