                                                  Theres a pen by my gf's house and people occasionally drive by while the inmates are in the yard and toss large bags of low grade marijuana over.. Supposedly , even wih the guards standing over them at gun point , they usually manage to get about half of it ( guards get the other half )

                                                                  the jailhouse is across the street from us. (I'm not kidding, it is only 50 feet from our front office door) I cannot believe this made it all the way to national news. I took the day off yesterday and missed the news people. The ladies in my office said they were watching it on TV last night and was so embarassed that they turned the TV off.

                                                                  at least they came back
