That looks like a whole shitload of free porn! Very Nice! Quality Work!

When I need my fix of FREE PORN, I know where Im going to visit!

IMHO, make sure you ban any site or gallery that use Dialers, Consoles, or Blind Links. I want my porn surfing experience to be easy and simple. I hate to be jerked around when Im horny. It's just not fair to do that.

Please email me when you site is complete, I look forward to bookmarking it and using it every day. In no time, you sould be up to 200k traffic, and making Bank!

Well, I am working on creating a TGP that would fall into your "Platinum" category, except for one thing...traffic.

How does the fledgling TGP webmaster (with no connections to feed him massive start-up traffic) build up to the point where they could join your webring?

Yes, I like your idea, but until I can find some way to develope 500K uniques/day, it's out of my reach.

Unriz3n -

Way to go. Maybe Gold should be "Not quite there yet, but awful damn close". That way you don't have 2 that are "Up and Coming Quality TGPs". Just a thought

500,000 uniques... lol. Never ever! It is too much of a traffic leak.

Webring no function traffic well without. You'll have to lower the traffic boundries, otherwise it won't be very successful.

You spelled "coming" wrong.

It's a good idea, but I think the main problem is sites that big don't really have a reason to join.

Ok, mabey I am missing something but,

Isnt the point of a webring to get traffic?

If you have 100,000 unique you would be doing a webring a favor, instead of getting much out it - especially when you consider your being watched as to how you run your site.

I dont know, I agree with warphead, there really is no reason to join, even if you are on level 3.

Well, like I said, this is a rough draft from which to grow on with plenty of feedback as for the mispelled words, I'm tired...lemme alone (hehe i'll fix em)! Keep the ideas comming guys. I can't ever tell if Jesus is sarcastic or serious. What do you guys think would be good traffic requirements? This is supposed to be a webring by tgps for tgps.

if you get the big guys to join, its out of pure charity...

Like has been said before, do you picture al4a, greenguy, hun etc to just be slapping your link on their page during their next update? (full of excitement that their is NOW a tgp webring to link their tgp with the tgp's they already link directly to.)

What I'm saying is they link directly(to other tgp's in their "class"), where/why would your site be any use to them?

This isnt the like a hobby site to these people (pokemon web ring etc)

Personally, I think you are dreamin'or got a lil` too baked before you re-evaluated the concept and went ahead with the site construction. (it happens, I've seen/done worse...)

In the TGP biz it's the little guys that are struggling and desperate - if I were going to do it I'd go the complete opposite way and allow anyone that's decent to join. My ring code would just be "list all sites" and "random" no next, prev or any of that crap - the list would be a clean toplist of all the members (ranked according to hits in - that way everyone would get what they give.)

Get 200 members ranging from 1-10k a day and you'd have something going.

Alias: Like I said it WAS and IS a ROUGH draft. All things are subject to change...for example. I've already changed traffic requirements. Other changes will follow as webmasters submit feedback (instead of simply saying "hah stupid idea"). Several 100-200k/day tgps are showing interest.

Easy Pic would barely scrape a platinum listing, and yet he is the only person I know who will do a 50k+ traffic trade. JJJ would barely get in... and even if he wanted to, Tommy's isn't big ebough, PK isn't big enough, Sexy Rabbit isn't big enough, Absolut isn't big enough, Dr. Bizzaro isn't big enough, and Thumbzilla is nowhere near big enough. Elephant List is bigger than AL4A and Mark's Bookmarks, yet they would barely scrape a listing.

Like alias said, there will be problems in getting bigger (and I mean BIGGER) sites to join the top listing, you definitely need to drop a little. With the bigger sites, the problem is getting them to "dirty" their page with webrings, etc. Don't forget about ThumbLords. These people are essentially free of everything but free porn. No fuss, no muss. No bullshit at all.

Then there are things like "disputes". Let's say that for some unknown and wild reason, The Hun suddenly decided that he wanted to join. Then miraculasly, World Sex decided that you had a good idea. That's a problem, because these guys won't trade.

Or let's say that Elephant List wanted to join... and Dr. Bizzaro joined the gold listing. But as Bizzaro grows, he's going to get a higher listing. That's a problem, because these guys won't trade.

You have to keep an eye out for disputes.

Conclusion: it isn't as easy as it seems.

Well said net. I thought that the strict rules and minimum listings would be a bonus. I also thought that using the table format would be one up on thumblords. Also, the idea behind this is that a small collection of TGPs on a webring that is run solely by all of its members. The more feedback, the better this gets. Keep it comming =)

Unriz3n, dont listen to em.. They dont know shit.. This is a great idea.. Stick to your convictions, and when people tell you that you cant, use it to motivate you to push harder to make it work..

500k a day is just fine.

exactly.. Dont listen to the loosers here.. You have a dynamic, if set up properly will be the next best thing.

Your work looks great, and the vision should be kept private.. Why post it here for all the loosers to put your ideas down?.. If they were sooo smart they would be working rather than wasting time putting you down.

You should raise the bar when it comes to this shit.. You should write the tgps that are gunna send you the 500k a day and talk to them.. Not the loosers here.

Wow, thanks guys...you're right. I'll let the TGPs whom I've emailed and like to join supply the proper feedback. But I do appreciate the feedback from everyone...good or bad...its the only way to learn.
