    Acacia stock down over 50% now.

    It dipped below $3 yesterday, down over 50% from last week!

    And their market cap is currently 60M, and I know they had over $50 Million in cash. So it seems the stock is close to LIQUIDATION value.

    What's gonna happen to stockholders when I win my countersuit against them?

                                                  If I had the money I would file a harassment suit against them, as the domain name they sent me their letter on was a dead name just a 404 and was never used. They did no research and just tried to bully people into signing up.

                                                                              Hold them and when the company goes out of business, or the stock is removed from trading you can us that as a write off for 100% loss of investment.
