can someone help me out with a video screenshot

i am trying to take a video screenshot in windows media player, but when i pause it and click on screenshot it comes out blank, any idea on how can i do it the easy way ? do i need a special software ?

I think you're s'posed to turn off hardware accelleration in your video setup, somthing like that.

Exactly...tools » options » performance tab. slide it all the way to the left and voila!

Turning off hardware acceleration should work. 100% sure.

Anyway, open 2 players, pause them both where you want the screenshot, print screen and paste in ps. 1 of the 2 will show up.
