I would like to ask the police force to form a department, whose sole purpose is to hunt down and punish cat killers.

If we get enough people to participate, I believe we can accomplish this.

Imagine if on the evening news every night, they talked about how many cat killers have been put in jail, that sure would scare many others and stop this madnass. I think we can get this kind of publicity from media if we push hard enough.

Feel free to do the same for dogs as well. But they are not as cute, so they can wait.

I think anyone that kills ants, fleas, ticks, or any other type of bug should be thrown away too...what do you think? lol.
