True that's what he said. And he accused Iran of collaborating with Al-Qaeda because 8 of the 11 terrorists passed by Iran, to which the Iranian government replied "Terrorists might have passed illegaly through our borders but it's the US who thaught the terrorists how to fly planes" :)
