I have never been to Miami. I will be there in August. And thought that it would be cool to here about what is in store for me. Any crazy stories or essential gear that I might not think to bring? Fill me in.

It's one of the hottest/most humid months down here. (Almost to the point that it's miserable, so pack a lot of short sleeve shirts and shorts!)

Don't forget the swimming gear. The ocean in Miami is awesome. You'll have a great time, and don't forget to check some of the clubs on South Beach - one of the best in the country.
