i tried putting $ into my account and they wanted to charge some rediculous amount like 10%. is there any other way to get $ into your account? and do they have the same fees on incoming payments?

Maybe find someone who wants paypal $

and so a swap, so it's epassporte 2 epassporte. If I remember correctly it's 50 cents to send epass 2 epass.

The fee is not 10%. It is 5% with a credit card load and less than that with ACH (yes, I should know the figure but I just walked in the door and my mind is drawing a blank...)
