Medium well.. but it has to be either filet mignon, new york, t-bone, rib-eye, or prime rib.

for example:
medium rare for tenderloin
medium well for t-bone

I always say "burnt." Chefs hate to burn a steak, they think it ruins it. Sometimes they even come out and try to talk me out of having it burnt. :1orglaugh
