I'm in the market to buy a new car...

I'm stuck! My last car was a 2001 MBZ EClass and my lease came up.

I'm into luxury smooth cars, but not anything over 60K. Can you give me some idea's and maybe show me some picks? I've gone to the BMW dealers nah. I've gone to the MBZ dealer nah. Everyone has the same cars all over. I want something different.

Have you seen the new LOTUS ...wow there only 40K I'm thinking about it...Ya it's a sports car, but it's different.

I say get a Jaguar S Type.

There are 3 to choose from

3.0 high 30's
4.0 high 40's
R 65k or so.

I started with a 3.0 in 2000.
Need more speed and went to the 4.0 in 2001.

Then I got the S Type R in 2003 and Love it .

It has 390 horse power.

http://www.jaguarusa.com/us/en/s-typ...20Overview.htm

just my 2 cents though.

Hell yes! I'm lucky enough to have driven the original Elise on several occasions (including a couple of the best hours of my life spent driving one as fast as possible around Silverstone, England - the home of the British F1 Grand Prix). It is quite simply the best car I have ever driven.

Not sure I could live with one as my only car though...

I'm thinking about getting the V10 Volkswagon Touareg TDI...

Alot of people wanting these TDI's aren't planning to buy gas anymore.
