there are some heros in the acacia thing.

some everyone knows about, and we should stand when they enter the room --- the defendants currently on the offensive --- they are the small companies who did not roll over like hustler, playboy, et al.

but IMO there is another hero that doesn't get much play, and if you look carefully this guy is slowly but surely helping to neuter a mutt named "DMT".

we once had a dog that barked and snipped at everyone that came to the door.

so we took the pooch to the vet and buster parted with his nuts, and then he didn't bark much any more.

i think shortly Brandon from "fight the patent" will be performing the same operation our pooch had with the mongrel named acacia.

If it wasn't for Brandon, this industry would be in rather rough shape right now, I think.

He kept people informed, and some companies caved to save their tails, but many didn't.. and that's in large part to Brandon putting in his time and energy to make sure that Acacia couldn't simply walk in and get away with it.

Mad props to FightThePatent.... he didn't have to do it, but he put in one hell of an effort into this whole thing.

breaking things down for us common folk, injecting some humor into it and keeping everyone informed.
