Don't judge by what people say something's worth, judge by what people are going to pay you for it.

I don't care if someone says something is worth 10K; if you're highest offer is 5K then that's the market value.

I personally think most web sites are over valued.

exactly... anything is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. i can tell you the TGP is worth $10K, but if no one wants to pay $10K, it's not worth $10K.
