I can already see the Feds making inquiries to the billers with key words like "RICO and CONSPIRACY and MONEY LAUNDERING and PATRIOT ACT" to shrivel the nut sack of the biller's legal dept. If passed as proposed, these 2257 changes will affect non USA based webmasters, you can bet on it.

Hosted galleries & plug ins will become more popular. Site owners will also need to learn to rely less on affiliates

To add to the non-American hosting/billing/whatever move, what about people geo-targeting American traffic to softcore galleries only? Would it be possible or even make sense? That way the feds working in America (of course) would not be as likely to see your harder tgp galleries or whatever the heck you post.
