Looking for business partner on venture

I'm currently looking for a business partner on one of my many ventures. This is non adult and there is 100% chance that it will be making money within days.

Estimated monthly Net is $100,000-$300,000 (operating cost is about 40% of this) in the first month, going up 10%-20% each month after.

    I am looking for a 50% partnership.

You must meet a few of my domands in order to qualify.

Be a computer nerd - online for atleast 5 hours everyday and come online on weekends.
Have been online or in the computer industry for atleast 2 years

    Must have minor skills in
    html
    graphic design
    understanding of internet protocol
understanding of web server enviroment, windows 2003 and *nix and the apache webserver
basic programing (php, cgi, able to edit scripts)
Pro programming in php, this is a plus I cannot create functional scripts from scratch

Must have atleast $5,000 to put into this project. We may not need more than just a few thousand, but the extra is there incase we need it. I will be matching the $5,000 of course.

If you meet all of the above, and want to make some cash, please contact me.

If you are a dumbass board whore DO NOT message me
If you are Retarded do not message me

    Thanks
    .

Try another calculator, $10,000 is not exactly 40% of $100,000 to $300,000

Why don't you try to read my post retard. Operating cost is 40% of 100k, this will take 5k to get everything started.

So $5k to get started and $40k to keep it running the first month.... or do you estimate a larger income then $40k on the first month? Your post doesn't say if investement is still needed after the startup.

No money is needed after startup. this thing feeds itself. 100k net first month, cost 40k to run, 60k proffit.

Anyone that says "...there is 100% chance that it will be making money within days." is fishy. No biz venture is 100% risk free.

60k profit, 50% partnership --> the guy earns 30k for first month.

Why not borrow the 5k somewhere else and hire him for 5 k monthly to do the work?

Because I am not greedy and I want a partner, not an employee.
Its not even about the money anyway just want them to get in 50% with me so we keep everything 50%.
