So $5k to get started and $40k to keep it running the first month.... or do you estimate a larger income then $40k on the first month? Your post doesn't say if investement is still needed after the startup.

No money is needed after startup. this thing feeds itself. 100k net first month, cost 40k to run, 60k proffit.

Anyone that says "...there is 100% chance that it will be making money within days." is fishy. No biz venture is 100% risk free.

60k profit, 50% partnership --> the guy earns 30k for first month.

Why not borrow the 5k somewhere else and hire him for 5 k monthly to do the work?

Because I am not greedy and I want a partner, not an employee.
Its not even about the money anyway just want them to get in 50% with me so we keep everything 50%.
