Asthma Suffereres: Inhaler Question.

I'm takinga couple of different inhalers...just started.

Anyway I always have this residue left over in my mouth plus my throat and chest feel kind of like I'm on the verge of a cold.

I know it's because I'm having to get used to breathing this crap.

Anyway other than drinking gallons of liquids and sucking on hard candy or something similar what do you do to help with the sore throat and dryness?

Advair, Prednisone, and Albuterol. The 2 that start with A's are both inhalers.

Hmmm...I dunno. I take Albuterol and another one (cant think of the name right now) but I dont have that problem. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I drink like 5 litres of water every day.

I drink a ton...need to get more water in my system tho'.

I'm sure it also has something to do with the fact that I just started on this medicine last week...just getting kind of tired of dealing with it...LOL

However I have noticed decreased coughing etc.

Advair is the shit. I'm on it, and it's good to breathe again. Never had any residue issues tho.

I wouldn't take the prednisone if I were you. it is really bad for you. If you can, get off it.

I always get like that when I get sick..I can't stop coughing, don't know what it is. My doctor put me on um...rynatan and something else I forget, to stop my cough.

Asthma sucks

right when you spray inhale really hard and aim the inhaler sort of high, when i used to use it, i never had res in my mouth.

sometimes ice cream helps the sore throat, it cools and numbs the pain. my doc used to always tell me to have popsicles, it was the best when i was young, your parents couldnt say no to you getting ice cream cuz it was doctors' orders

here's the blend that works best for me.

advair & cingulair

I hardly ever need albuterol when I take those 2 together.

My throat doesn't get sore, maybe your throat is soar from the coughing.
