Need help appraising non-adult domain - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi,

I have a domain called officebuildings.com. I've owned it since early 1996.

What do you guys think it's worth?

I have been contacted by a leading officebuildings organization about purchasing it. I haven't gotten back to them yet because I want an idea on a negotiating starting point.

Any real comments or evaluations would be appreciated.

i think there might be a lot of potential in that domain. i suggest keeping it and doing something with it.
