Watcha think of my FIRST adult site. Feedback PLEASE

I wanted to launch something similar to CJ, except a bit cleaner
with less banners and more porn.

Now, I know the site has a really simple interface, but I wanted
as little graphics as possible, to preserve bandwidth. Today is
only the second day and I'm already looking at 50 gigs, spread
over 3 servers (so far).

Everything is WMV. Movies average 1.8 megs each.

We've got about 50 gigs of content from about 30 sponsors,
plus about 10 gigs of our own licensed content. Only about 1%
of it is online and indexed, rest is getting indexed.

That's the scoop. Now let me know how to make it better.

Suggestions, tips, anything, all welcome. I own a few sites, but
this is the first adult site.

Once I get some input from you guys, and the bugs patched
we'll start promoting this shit.

i have quite a bit of servers running only a few sites, so i can
spread this over 5-10 easily once i start maxing this one out.

How are you going to feed it?
SE traffic? Bought traffic ( + trades ? ) , or just sending traffic from your mainstream sites and trying to get bookmakers..

the colors (bg + text) is hard on the eyes... can't stay too long just because it hurts to read your text.

perhaps you should use diff BG colors for each section??

it takes my eyes like 1 minute to re-focus after looking at your site...

I like the layout...

Maybe you should pay a graphics guy couple hundred $$ to get some nice logos and stuff.

sounds good. would you say its too dark, and what exactly
are you having problems reading?

we've got only LCD in the office so i guess they're a bit brighter
than monitors and its easier to see.

since we work with about 30+ sponsors, many of which require
age verification on free sites, we HAVE to do it.

its annoying as fuck, but CJ and countless other sites do it as
well. you enter age in once, and you're set though.

as for where i'm getting the traffic from, it's just clickthrough
traffic from my entertainment sites. i'm just testing the waters
before i push some heavy duty hits that way.

i don't want to find a bug in this thing that will cause excessive
bandwidth loss and eat up like a terabyte a day without
the visitors to justify that. so working out bugs before i get
this thing fully operational.

my only suggestion is to brighten it up a little bit. I like dark colors but It still needs to catch the surfers eye..

because its in high demand. when im looking for a hot new
video, say cameron diaz shit (which sucked balls) i don't want
to pay to see it, and the first thing i'd do IF i paid is request
a refund or call my CC company for a chargeback, why? because
it sucked balls and wasn't even worth the download.

there are also legal reasons that prevent me from selling access
to such content.

the first 2 months or so our content will be top notch, but we'll
slowly steer away from the quality jerk off shit once we start
getting the right amount of visitors. once the traffic is there
the content will be adjusted so that the user has to visit the
sponsor to view the good stuff.
