Ever wanted to learn how to submit galleries to a TGP?
Are you so new to the industry that the acronym "TGP" confuses you? No problem! In this article you will learn from the ground up what a TGP is, and how to build and make money from galleries.

Let's start at the beginning. What does TGP stand for? "Thumbnail Gallery Post". A TGP is just a website with a bunch of pictures that link to "Galleries". Galleries are a collection of pictures also. But the gallery is made by someone for the purpose of sending traffic to a sponsor. Epiccash for example is a sponsor.

Let's see an example of a TGP and a Gallery.

The idea is that the surfer goes to the TGP, and clicks a link and goes to a gallery. Once at the gallery your surfer will decide if they want to go to the sponsor website or not. They may do this to see if they can get more free content or they are interested in signing up to the sponsor- you will get your commission from the sale once they do buy.

If you're interested in getting started making galleries there are a few things you will need to get going.
1. Content (you need some pictures to be able to submit)
2. Gallery designs
3. A sponsor to send traffic to!

Another term you should know is "niche". A category basically- that your content belongs in. For example Teen girls are in the Teen niche.

Some sponsors will allow you to just download a zip file that has content and gallery designs it in with your sponsor ID in it too. While this is very handy it is not always the best route. Why? If there are hundreds of affiliates using the same content and the same designs surfers will get used to them and they will lose their effectiveness.

You can ask your sponsor program if they have content available for you to use.
If you need help with gallery designs, ask on your favorite adult message board for a gallery designer. They are very reasonably priced and then the designs are yours forever.

The hardest part about galleries is "submitting". That just means getting your gallery listed on TGPs. A couple more things before we go further. Most TGPs when you submit to them require a "reciprocal" link (or recip for short). All you need to do is take your gallery template, make a new copy and save it as another html page. On the new page, use the code they supply for the recip and put it at the top of your gallery. Typically you would put 3 recips at the top of your page. What this means is that gallery is good to submit to 3 TGPs. Then you make another copy and put up 3 new recips for other submissions.

The easiest way to find TGPs is to find one and then follow its "trades". At the bottom of the page (sometimes the top) etc there are links to other TGPs. Go through the list and save the sites. Then follow THEIR trades. Pretty soon you will have a massive list of TGPs to submit to.

Normally at the bottom of every tgp there is a webmaster area where you can trade traffic, or submit your gallery. Follow that link. Once you get to their submit page you are ready to go!

Now comes the really important part... the rules! The adult industry has some rules and TGPs are no exception.
1. Do not put any popups on your galleries
2. Do not put any "dialers" on your gallery
3. Don't put anything malicious on your gallery
4. Follow the "KISS" rule. Keep it simple silly. Don't complicate things. Just put on the gallery what you need, links to your sponsor and the content. Don't try to make an extra buck.

Why are we telling you the rules? Because all it takes is ONE person to complain and your domains will be blacklisted and you won't be able to submit anymore. So play fair and if you have questions and are unsure of something ASK someone. Don't be shy!

Epiccash will accept your traffic, but once they cancel good luck getting paid out!

Epiccash creates frontends that doesn't match their backend, so therefore will generate cancels and chargebacks. Be prepaired to be shutdown, the count is up to atleast 10 known incidents now.

MAKING IT IN GALLERY BUILDING:
I am no expert in gallery making but I do make a good profit from it and I think I got some good rules to give you.

First let me tell you this:
I make galleries to make money so I make dont give a fuck about if I follow every rule there is. If a tgp dont wanna list me because I got 4 links to sponsors instead of just 2 so fuck him. And if they do list me then im happy and the tgp will get a shitload of galleries who load fast and wont cheat them.

Making galleries is not like alot of people think and scream about to give away free content, its to make a good solid ad for the paysite you are promoting by giving examples of what they will find there.

I hear alot of people saying. There is no way to make money out of gallery posting anymore, and I belived them untill a few months ago when I decided to take action and try this shit out.

And all I can say is FUCK EM! There are shitloads of money to make from gallery makings if you know how to build them.

I wont tell you how to build your templates but I will in this chapter give you guidelines.

1. PAID HOST OR FREE HOST?
I have tried all the freehosts thats out there.
And I never got added to the bigger tgps.
And I never made any money from it.
I got maby 2000 hits a day to my galleries back then
And the free host steals you top spot banner place and lots of them redirect your traffic and shit. SO FORGET ABOUT FREEHOSTS!

So when I started to build galleries in paid host my traffic went straight up and I today got about 100.000 daily visitors into all my galleries.

Get a paid host but be sure to not pay more then 1$ per gig at the most and if you can get it cheaper its even better.
Gallery making do take alot of band width and it will cost you.
The best thing is to try and make out a deal with your server provider. Maby buy 200gigs upfront and get a better price.

So use the paid host. Talk to Wizdom here on hahahahahahaha. I use his hosting and I never had any downtime sofar..and he can take the traffic that thehun.net send you.

2. SPONSORS?
I use a paid by signup sponsor on my galleries.
I build galleries to make a fast buck so I dont use recurring.
Also about what sponsor to use check rule number 3 in TGP building.

3. CONTENT?
Most people go around and steal pictures from ftps and free sites. This will not get your gallery posted. There are places to buy content and you can use sponsor content. DONT USE OLD PICTURES!
The benefit of using sponsor content is that its free. The bad part is that many people use it so not every tgp will list you because of it.

The benefit about using bought content is that you may be the first to use it and the bad part is that it might cost you alot of money.

Its up to you to decide what you wanna do. But my idea would be to start off using sponsor content and then move on to buying your own.

4. THUMBS
This is important!
The thumbs is the first impression the tgp reviewer will see.
They have to be clear and nice. But not bigger then 4K in size.
Blurry thumbs will get your ass declined, THIS IS FACT!
Use a bold line around your galleries. This makes a impression that the thumbs are clearer, make it black.

I handmake all my thumbs using photoshop. But there are others scripts out there that make thumbs to.

Also remember to not make the fullsize pictures to small. 30-40Kb is normal.

5. DESIGN
I personally build galleries that I think will convert and my ideas is to not give away free content just because the damn tgps shall make more bookmarkers. I do this to make money and if my deign require 4 sponsor links so be it. If you do it this way your not gonna get posted all over the place but the ones that post you are gonna make you some good money.

I use the rule, 1 text link per 5 pictures. So 15 pictures makes 3 textlinks.

That have worked for me.

Try to make your thumbs the same size. This makes the best impression on the surfer and the person who post your gallery.

6. HOW TO MAKE CLICKS TO MY SPONSOR?
Use text links!
I never use banners. Only text links. And remember that of 10000 visitors maby 100-200 clicks the links.
There might be more but dont count on it.

7. HOW DO I SUBMIT?
Well there are lots of different ideas about this.
Some people handsubmit all there galleries.
I am one of those who handsubmit to all my tgps.

There are also autosubmit programs but the risk of beeing banned and alot of other shit does not make these worth the time in todays tgp bizz I think.

8. I DONT GET LISTED?
It takes time to build up a rep among the tgps.
Submit one gallery every day from the same domain using the same name and the same email and if you do good galleries and dont cheat on them they will start posting your galleries after a while most of the time.

You might also use the wrong niche.
For example a tgp might get 1000 teen galleries per day. How big is the odds for your gallery to get posted then?

But he might only get 10 pantyhose galleries.
You do the idea I hope.

Well this is some ideas on how to make it.
There are alot of others but these works for me and I bet they will work for you to.

The biggest misstake people make is to think it dosent take any hard work making it in this bizz. They cant be more wrong.
This is a job like any other and it does take alot of work.

Nice articles guys. I was wondering about using Remote Thumbs, in what way do you use it? Do you simply create a false tgp and then use that for one of the recips on all your galleries?

I also wanted to ask about content. Do you guys feel it is important to use sponsor content so it matches the site more consistently? So many reality sites out now, it seems that you can match the theme better by using the sponsors own content.

Will hosted galleries get around this as they're hosted on the sponsors server? If so how do we get around the recip problem?

Most people go around and steal pictures from ftps and free sites. This will not get your gallery posted. There are places to buy content and you can use sponsor content. DONT USE OLD PICTURES! The benefit of using sponsor content is that its free. The bad part is that many people use it so not every tgp will list you because of it. The benefit about using bought content is that you may be the first to use it and the bad part is that it might cost you alot of money. Its up to you to decide what you wanna do. But my idea would be to start off using sponsor content and then move on to buying your own. 4. THUMBS This is important! The thumbs is the first impression the tgp reviewer will see. They have to be clear and nice. But not bigger then 4K in size. Blurry thumbs will get your ass declined, THIS IS FACT! Use a bold line around your galleries. This makes a impression that the thumbs are clearer, make it black. I handmake all my thumbs using photoshop. But there are others scripts out there that make thumbs to. Also remember to not make the fullsize pictures to small. 30-40Kb is normal. 5. DESIGN I personally build galleries that I think will convert and my ideas is to not give away free content just because the damn tgps shall make more bookmarkers. I do this to make money and if my deign require 4 sponsor links so be it. If you do it this way your not gonna get posted all over the place but the ones that post you are gonna make you some good money. I use the rule, 1 text link per 5 pictures. So 15 pictures makes 3 textlinks. That have worked for me. Try to make your thumbs the same size. This makes the best impression on the surfer and the person who post your gallery. 6. HOW TO MAKE CLICKS TO MY SPONSOR? Use text links! I never use banners. Only text links. And remember that of 10000 visitors maby 100-200 clicks the links. There might be more but dont count on it. 7. HOW DO I SUBMIT? Well there are lots of different ideas about this. Some people handsubmit all there galleries. I am one of those who handsubmit to all my tgps. There are also autosubmit programs but the risk of beeing banned and alot of other shit does not make these worth the time in todays tgp bizz I think. 8. I DONT GET LISTED? It takes time to build up a rep among the tgps. Submit one gallery every day from the same domain using the same name and the same email and if you do good galleries and dont cheat on them they will start posting your galleries after a while most of the time. You might also use the wrong niche. For example a tgp might get 1000 teen galleries per day. How big is the odds for your gallery to get posted then? But he might only get 10 pantyhose galleries. You do the idea I hope. Well this is some ideas on how to make it. There are alot of others but these works for me and I bet they will work for you to. The biggest misstake people make is to think it dosent take any hard work making it in this bizz. They cant be more wrong. This is a job like any other and it does take alot of work. Do you simply create a false tgp and then use that for one of the recips on all your galleries? I also wanted to ask about content. Do you guys feel it is important to use sponsor content so it matches the site more consistently?
