tell me, at 1600x1200 or more, does the white part extend to the bottom, or does it cut off? 761 pixels

I'm trying to do the same thing, it looks fine if I use 100% for height, but it doesnt work in opera.

so the only way to do this is to extend it with a definite height, ie 761 like the above example
