it was a board spammer, seems he created a board system 1 message board program and gave it out for free than made a program that spams it, not a bad idea, but the damn program would run for about 5 minutes than quit or not work at all.

heh, paypal told me since it was a "virtual good" that I wasn't allowed to get a refund. So I told them "lets see what my CC company has to say about that".
Called my CC company and they said "We'd be more than happy to refund your money, sign the form we're sending you and mail it back and we'll give you a refund"
hehe, fuck paypal (and 187).
I suppose paypal will cancel my account now huh?
