Hey All, I thought I would share some helpful comments regarding email. If your still wasting your time dealing with unwanted spam instead of more time being productive then you should read this. Now I am all for responsible mailing as a way of marketing but I have to say my inbox has been pounded for the last couple of years with all sorts of unstoppable , unremovable, ridiculous bullshit. It's been so crazy trying to set up filters and most of the time I have had to switch my email addresses just because I couldn't keep up with it all. I tried everything with really no success.

I tried 2 different methods recently, ( one for Outlook and the other for Eudora) and I am happy to say I don't get any more spam in my inbox after a couple weeks of training it. Now I can actually read all my emails again without having to weed though crap to find the emails I need to reply to.

There are the 2 different types of programs I tried. The cool thing about this program is it learns what you consider spam is over time so when your mail gets picked up as spam you can go in your junk folder and un junk it so next time it won't happen. The same goes with spam that ends up in your inbox..you right click and junk and bye bye to spam as it learns.. After a month or so you will see a huge % gone. and only start getting mail you want.

I use Eudora with Spamnix and have to say it has been working great.

I would recommend to use TheBat! mailer (http://www.thebat.net/) its very powerful yet easy to use. Very handy filters tool -- allows you to get all spam filtered. Plus, the v2.0 has the highest stability and security options (easily integrated with pgp, you can keep mail encrypted, etc)

Has anyone else used this software compared to eudora or outlook? I would love to hear your comments on it .
