    PAYPAL PROBLEMS (raise limits) ?-HOW CAN HAVE A VIRTUAL CARD (matercard....FUNDS) ???

    Hi,

    I not can use PAYPAL because he said i need ADD a MATERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER.But i not have this cards i have only VISA.

    Who know how can add a virtual card (MATERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER ) not a fisic card a virtual card i can add funds only for operate by internet.I need urgent.

    Please, help me.
