Ever dealt with a person with multiple personality disorder?

I have this stupid boss he is very sick, there are times he's totally nice like an angel and most of the time he's totally insane... He once admitted that he have "multiple personality disorder" and asked us to bear with it... He is totally illogical like he acts like a child having tratrums... do i have to quit as his web designer?
