None of the 34 domains I have on my virtual account were working. I hopped on the live support chat thing and got a real tech who resolved the problem in minutes. I've tried things like this with other hosts and it can take hours/days/NEVER get fixed.
I am VERY satisfied with webair once again. Whoever webairtech4 was today at 6AM deserves credit, and everyone who wants virtual hosting should definetly check it out. Even when something major like that happened they hopped right on it and fixed it within minutes.
