How much handholding do the girls need? I'm curious about how much work you have to do to manage 400+ girls, eg emails about broken software, complaints about bastard members etc... seems like a bit of work for $250 net per week

almost none, maybe an hour or two a day checking emails and answering performer and customer questions. The 400-500 girls are not all your girls, there are 400-500 shared girls from 40+ other networks, you get to use them all on the site to have more online all the time.

the site itself has around 20-25 girls of our own, the rest are shared girls from other networks, our girls are shared on the otehr 40+ networks as well so you make money off your girls from 40+ sites.

but i needed to put homeboy in his place, he hasnt a clue what real money is... when you do 40k+ a day in cams, then you prolly have a good idea what a site is worth like i do...
