Anyone using ePassporte read please!

I have someone who can only pay me some money via epassporte....I can't get an epassporte acct because I cannot get a creditcard here yet until I'm a full resident.

Anyone that can accept the payment and then either go purchase something online for me of the same value, or paypal it?

I'd prefer someone I know, if someone with 1 post wants to help thats fine though long as they do my purchase before i send them the money.

Hey what about debit cards? you can make an epassporte account using that, they accept them no problem.

I'm not sure a Costa Rican debit card will help...in any case my account is open and active now
