Does anybody have a template for a legal letter I can attach to and e-mail to both of them??

but you better make sure they can't get your code with not just I.E.

Just about everyone I've seen with with protection, you can get it with
Netscape 4.7x

If you visit a website .. you DOWNLOAD it to your comp .. otherwise you wouldn't see anythign in the first place.

I'd get a lawyer and ask what can be done about this guy and his host who are both located outside of the US.
