Unless there is a precedant case, no one can give you an answer in confidence.
Will the government go looking for stuff like that? Probably not. If you piss someone off, and they want you ass, it will be enough to make your life hell, though.

Why don't you just contact a lawyer and get a REAL answer? Would cost you maybe $100 to find out where you stand..
