Over the past 7 days we have been recieveing a strange message that we have never recieved before from CCBill

We've received those to in the past. I'm not sure if it's random score decline or if it's the blocked countries list.

Resolute, if you want to find out the reason that one of your consumers was declined, forward the decline reason in an email with a short intro to [email protected]. They will get back to you with the specific reason.

in the case of this one, forward it to [email protected] and i will check it out
