what can you REALLY do about spam with no opt out feature?
I have been getting tons of spam lately with no opt out link. The emails on these sites are fake. I am getting 100 to 200 a day. Whois info is nonexistant.
What to do?

if you have a host or a server you can try spamcease , check my sig.
its like spamarrest except that its a one time fee and works for virtually unlimited number of email adresses on the server or outside pop accounts. a must have
