Yes, if it was monthly then you could buy a new apartment, burn it down when it got dirty and then buy a new one the next month!

Some people just have no sense of adventure, either that or they don't drink and smoke enough to notice the fact that the prices are about 10% of those mostly in Sweden!

bro what are you talking about ?, i was born in latvia and let me tell you for a $1 you can buy NOTHING, to make good money there you gotta make $1500 a month atlist and 40k is not ALOT of money, its just a good salary and you will enjoy your self with it.

Around 12% the way our accountants have structured it.

I guess it depends on how you define A LOT. $40k a year is $3k a month, even after tax. You say that you can enjoy yourself on $1500/month, so you should agree that it's possible to REALLY enjoy yourself on double that.
