    Is this spam or what?

    I am gettting 20-30 emails a day all saying something similar to this confirming my signup to some forum or another.

    Is this some sort of new way of fishing for emails?

    I am getting anywhere from 1-2 an hour and it's been going on for several days now.

          I don't remember pissing anybody off but who knows... it just seems so organized. I mean all day and night this has been going on for the better part of thee days.
