Well, it seems that shit happens when you're out and you let someone else do the work for you.

Rick you're upset, and I'm 100% with you. I'm gonna take care of the problem myself. I'm mad at the monkey who was supposed to do the job while I was out. I've always made good deals in the past and I treat my customers right. Somes were upset with the blowout when everybody was doing the so-called blowout sales and I understand that. But I always try to do my best and people who know me can say the same thing.

Aaron is right, the content business is cutthroat. You get what you pay for. Many producers are low to no margins and don't have time for amenities like customer service. You don't go to Walmart expecting a personal attendent to follow you around the store.
