Most of it is based around jealousy, the rest is they have nothing else. The bith comes when people find out the gossip spreaders are full of shit and have no idea what they are talking about.

Entertainment Gossip = Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollyword, Extra, whole damn E! channel, Tabloids, etc, etc...

If people are interested enough in mainstream gossip of course people will be interested in porn gossip (enough for a few websites).

What people say on this does not matter much. It is what they do. If a piece of gossip affects their lives, it affects their lives, and there's nothing they can do about it, even if they refuse to read the item in question. The pen is mightier than the sword.

There's nobody who is invulnerable to gossip. It can build people up or it can destroy them. Make fun of gossip all you want. In the end, gossip can kill. It can destroy businesses, rip apart friendships, end marriages, and drive people to suicide.

It's also as deeply rooted a human desire as sex and pornography. You can't destroy that desire, no matter how much you publicly despise it.

I find porn industry gossip fascinating. Seriously.. if you don't listen to the gossip you have a very limited idea of what is going on in this industry.

You can't judge by press releases and what company shills post.
