    Memorial Day

Just thought I remind everybody what today is. In memory of my best buddy in school who thought it would be a good idea to fight for this country. They never found him.

I have my POW shirt on today as well man...

      heres another...

I forgot the number but I saw an old vet one day that had a horribly old torn shirt on, and it said something like...

"15000 people died so I could wear this shirt in America" and was whatever area he was stationed in Nam.... sad...

And another that said "Just because you have it easy doesnt mean it came free..." and it also listed a number of deaths, these were bikers I was hanging with at Love Ride 99 with Billy Idol!

war sucks and I am sorry about your best friend, but I believe his heart was in the right place, the government fucks those who honor our country who defend it and come home fucked up or in body bags. My brother and I both served our country and my brother came back fucked up and gets a lousey 20% of E-5 pay, that ain't shit! I missed all action except what I found in the whore houses But I always honor those who had to pay a high price for their service and to your buddy and all vetrans and those family members of, I say

I hear yah, but people get lost forever right here at home, no trace ever found. I believe in keeping on trying, but it's unrealistic to think we'll ever account for every single one. Some guys might have been working in an ammo dump when it went up, or were standing right there when a "friendly fire" bomb landed right next to them. Some might simply have fallen into a hole that later on got covered up.

We should remember them all (I call my father every Memorial Day and thank him that I'm not speaking Japanese or German), but will all of the missing ever be accounted for? Not a realistic goal.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Put money into the economy, paid my taxes and defended freedom of expression.

I am very greatful to those that have served and are serving. Have a number of relatives stationed all over the world.

However, we can't all be in the military.

Remember that we needed the women to work in the factories in WW2 to keep the country ticking.
