How do they work... What is the best for amature pay site to get it going?

I used traffic-out

It seemed decent. Pretty nice to deal with the only thing is the traffic was slow it took forever ahwile to get what you paid for but it seemed like better traffic then other places so it worked better for me.

chickentraffic is from choker: very reliable man in this business with some very good fair traffic!

Traffic-out.com is very very good, but also very very slow (300-1000/day).
Chickentraffic is imho a little to expensive for what you get, but you can get a decent force if you want.
Both very honest people.

Both are reliable traffic brokers, but they won't send to directly to paysites.
