    Just to let everyone know that i read elsewhere that Pimproll has set up an account that webmasters can send traffic to whether it is a gallery or a link from their websites etc. This money will be donated to the Bailey Trust Fund. This is a very good way for everyone to help out.

    So what do you say? Can you give up a little space on your site or create a gallery and send a bit of traffic to the Pimproll Donation account?

            ANOTHER UPDATE

            just got another update. he is now very awake but his left side is not very mobile. When I said that they put the dead part of the brain back in I was wrong. I was misinformed. What the left off is the huge piece of skull on his right side (I think) just the skin is over the opened section. They did not put the piece of skull back on due to the fact that his brain is still swolen so they had to leave it off. He had like 100+ staples on his head.

            He will require A LOT of therapy due to this. He will be in the hospital for awhile in Toronto so I do not know when he and the rest of the family will be back. He is also very restless and he knows something is wrong. He keeps touching the missing part of his skull. He's still in critical care for now.

                    Damn, I really feel for you and your family for what you are facing - not to mention what your nephew is experiencing.

                    Knowing what you've personally gone thru in past years this really sucks. You are constantly in Mishi and My thoughts. I wish nothing but the best to your whole family and as soon as I figure out how I can help you can expect some support in more ways than posting on a board.

                    In the mean time, keep your chin up and keep channeling all the good karma flowing at your nephew.

                                                        I hope the little guy pulls though and makes a full recovery. I see you mentioned that they removed a part of his brain. In most cases with such young children getting brain damage the remainder parts of the braing "take over" with enough therapy and these people continue on to live normal productive lives. Lets hope that he is one of them.

                                                            that's very true. his left side is almost useless at the moment and that is why he will need a lot of therapy. his speech and memory appears to be fine though

Not one of those "oh gosh I need a boob job" or one of those "I can't pay rent" threads. This cause needs to be more in people's faces. I wish I had money in my paypal account but it's bone dry.
