canadians - best bank for exchange rate?

im with TD now but their exchange rate is often 2 cents lower than what the exchange really is. is this the norm? are there banks who can give you more, preferably without requiring huge sums of cash to convert to do so.

CIBC is pretty good..altho, I find that sometimes the exchange booths on yonge st are muc h better on some days!

Rbc Royal Bank has the best rates..

Fuck banks, any large amount I take to a currency exchange house. They have them in most cities, they'll give you as close to the real exchange rate as you can get.

There was something about it couple months ago ... at the time CIBC was the best in canada but they said it always change

The banks always screw you a bit on the exchange.

Hard to say who is the "best".

i live in a small area so im not sure they'd have one around here but what would i look for in the yellow pages? currency exchange turned up nothing.

Every bank in Canada has a different exchange rate..
