I can't believe I decided to stick with them after their so-called reinvention. If you're going to call yourself 'innovative', please make sure you excersize that word.
ARS has gone downhill. They've partnered with a bunch of incompetent, inconsistent, amateurs(a.k.a Option Mind).
They never answer my emails. Whenever something goes wrong, they blame it on the WEBMASTERS regardless of how many of us feel the same exact way. Their CHAMP program is shitty, so they blame it on us, when they're the one fucking up.
They refuse to provide up with FTP access to maintain the site, but when we submit our updates, they take weeks after weeks to put them up.
How do you expect a program to work when you're not doing your part? If every time a webmaster have a concern and all you do is either IGNORE or BLAME IT ON US, then where do you expect your program to go?
I've lost all of my motivation dealing with you people. For a while there, I was starting to forget about all the WONDERFUL and COMPETENT sponsor programs out there.
Without your webmasters, you ain't shit. Just remember And I know that I'm not the only one who's pissed off at you people. I might be the only one admitting it or better yet putting it in such terms.
