ok, this is how you handle this, your C&D to stileproject is not the way to go---it should go to his host and upstream, and hiring an attorney is not necessary.

determine who hosts the offending webmaster. is the host in the USA? if it is you're on the fast track.

find out who the agent for copyright is at Yipes and yipes upstream (level 3 maybe)

serve them with the C&D and watch things happen really fast.

because IF stileproject is infringing your copyright the deep pockets here is Yipes --- and his website will go dark VERY FAST if he doesn't remove your stuff because part of the DMCA law is that Yipes becomes a contributory infringer.

I've only been with Dirty's program for a short time and sent very little traffic, and I'm happy with the results. I don't care what happened in the past. I'd say he's doing pretty good now.:2 cents:

• Dirty gets pissed, sends C&D. Posts about it on GFY.
• Some GFY reg uses alternate nick to take shots at your boy.
• Good advice is given by latinasojourn.
• You come in and "lay your smack down".

Im not saying what stile does is right or wrong.. This isnt Church.

But he's always been real good with the family, and Danza is family, and there is a lot of money to be made. With that Im sure we can come up with something. Anyhow he's complied and removed all the shit. He's always done that with us. Never any problems with the family and Stie after the fact.

But im hoping we can turn this into something good now. Real good. Stile is a sharp guy dispite he scumbag tactics. He knows his shit and if given the oppertunity can become an affilates best dream, or worst nightmare..

Being he is family and so is Danza I think we can make this into something real good after all this if Stile and Danza are willing to give it a chance.
