    why is bradshaw trying to be like lensman

    he opened that message forum and now he is opening his own hosting company

    doesnt he know there can only be one lensman

    immitation is the best form of flattery i guess though
    the hun gets revenue from pre-paid gallery placements on the top 15 spaces and banners.
    the rest of thegalleries are free placements.

              Forums and Hosting companies aren't exactly the latest business move - In fact, I'd consider both to be some of the most saturated markets online. Everyone has a forum, be it adult or some obscure topic. And hosting companies? All newbies have $9.95 reseller accounts, pawning off their one man, fly by night service, as some huge datacenter.

                              I think GFY is GFY for a bunch of reasons.

                              #1 because they have an awesome brand name for the occassion

                              #2 probably being because they were the first big threaded forum success on the scene & therefor they have the largest searchable post archive.

                              Somewhere you can factor in the promos, drama & the fact that so many new people manage to find this place daily.

                              I see a lot of forums these days offering $$ per post... but imo, that isn't what makes a good forum.

                              You gotta work it ;)




                              Anyway for those that really care about this stuff... someone did an interview with Lensman awhile back and they were talking aobut the success of GFY.

                                                      He then "copied" porncity by opening GFY which became the success we all know today.
