also looking for animation tips..I suck at it
I just started doing my own animation for my site and have come up with nothing worthy of the recycle bin. If anyone has tips on what programs are better than another or an easer way please feel free to add any tip. I do this for fun and have no formal training keep this in mind. Thanks

Look at flashkit.com for a starters, if you want some ideas of what's out there currently. They have tutorials, code snippets and other handy tools.
