bankruptcy filing
I guess it was true..got the letter from Bankruptcy Court re:Incite Adult going out of buisness. I wonder how the process works as far as getting all monies or will there be a 'selection process' in regards to who gets paid

Yup i got that letter also today -
Within a few weeks you'll get claim forms to remit. Depending how much debt they have, they could have preferential classes or they might treat all debt as equal. Regardless, you need to submit how much they owe, for what, and so forth. Typically all bankruptcy dealings I've gone through, I was only able to collect 10-20% of the total outstanding.

The worst is if they shut down their affiliate system and you can't check your stats. Now how much do you put on the forms... Its such a hassle because affiliate debt doesn't seem to be recognized as equal when compared to law firms or accounting firms. Once again, the affiliate gets the shaft.
