here are the four color versions for the last entry, what you told me on icq.

Now the #1 and #3 is still the distorted version of the letters TNT, #2 and #4 are the undistorted letters and the entries are smaller so you can see how they look on a website.

the one with blue and orange by digifan is very nice so far.
digi, you should make the highlights a bit "tighter/sharper"

looks better in print.... (or is the smooth higlight an artifact of the donwsampling ? )

Thanks for the tip I'll try that... I set it to smooth but it does not take much to change and the downsampling is also a factor.. :)

It?s a design standard referred to as logotype.

You don't use existing typefaces either.

You construct x-heights, strokes, counters, baselines, links, and decsenders, sculpting a unique form.

Guess and Channel are two brands with strong identity, and both compelling examples of logotype.
