Name (branding) question
When doing a tgp, what do you all find does better? Names like bestteentgp.com and hotbabepost or names like Khunspost.com or Khundawglist.com? I am wondering if propername branding really means anything in the tgp biz.

I would say, stay away from the words tgp' and stuff thats more webmaster lingo imo... Be more origonal and abstract to get better impact.

Short with vowels in the right places. You can make your sitename bigger on a button that way, and the human brain will remember it. Fuck the aliens, they have no credit anyway.

See, the thing is that I want to do targeted tgps to specific niches. Teens, BDSM, hardcore, etc... I am trying to figure out how I would do that with a single branded name and still have different sites.

An example? Well heck.. try to search for 4, 5 or 6 letter domains and when you see one that looks like it could be a word, run it around your head.. maybe you can use it as an acronym or whatever.
My point is only that I personally think that a short word is always the way to go from a "branding" perspective. |
